On Saturday 22 June, the Club held it’s annual Summer Fun Day, followed by a relaxed evening to celebrate the Club’s 15th Anniversary, hosted by Rosemary, the Club’s Chairman.
We were blessed with glorious weather so our Entlebuchers and their humans were able to enjoy lots of games outside in the sun, including the Egg and Spoon Race, Temptation Alley and Simon Says. The Catch competition was especially impressive with several dogs catching treats thrown from well over 8 feet away.
After the Fun Day, many of those who’d been to the Fun Day relocated a few miles away to celebrate the Club’s 15th birthday. We were joined by 5 month old Penny and her humans – she reminded us all of how small and beautiful Entlebucher puppies are! Food and drink were enjoyed by all, and there was even a birthday cake especially for all the Entlebuchers there.
